Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a national of the Republic of Korea, has left Cambodia in 2010 and resided therein and was enrolled in the school on April 2016, is a person who temporarily returned from Korea on April 2016, and is not aware of the victim C (V, 17 years old) who is a juvenile.
