Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the head of the above child’s house from around October 3, 2011 to May 30, 2015; C Child Care Center from around May 201 to around May 29, 2017 to the same Gu’s D apartment; G is the head of the above child’s house from around June 21, 2016 to May 30, 201; H is the above child care teacher from around October 3, 201 to around July 30, 201, to the above child care teacher from around 20 to around 10, 206 to around 20, and the above child care teacher from around 20 to around 20, 2015 to around 17, 206 to the above child care teacher from around 20, 2015 to around 16, 205; and the child care teacher from around 20 to around 20, 2015 to May 17, 2017.
1. The Defendant, G (Suspension of Indictment on the same day), violation of the Infant Care Act, and violation of the Subsidy Management Act by the Defendant, G (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day), the head of the facility, served only 4 hours a day without serving more than 8 hours a day and served not less than 8 hours a day in the jurisdiction of South-dong/Dong, but conspired with G to pay the shortage of G by applying for subsidies to supplement the shortage of G.
Accordingly, on July 2016, the Defendant had access to the Integrated Information System for Infant Care with a computer in the above child care center, and took 75,000 won per the head of the office of non-state teachers as if G met the requirements for the payment of allowances, and filed a claim for the number of the head of the office of teacher by designating G with a person entitled to allowances.
In fact, G did not work for more than 8 hours a day and worked for more than 4 hours a day.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings a person in charge of the affairs under the jurisdiction of the South-dong Office by such method as above, and transfers 75,000 won to G account around July 25, 2016 under the name of the president of the concurrent office of teachers from the Republic of Korea and then from that time to May 2017.
