1. The Defendant’s KRW 45,609,191 and KRW 24,514,668 among the Plaintiff, respectively, shall be 17% per annum from July 15, 2015 to August 4, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As to the statutory interest rate of a case for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded until October 1, 2015 due to changes in the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal, the rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, and the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015.

(Provided, That where the rate of agreement exceeds the rate of interest of the special case, the agreed rate shall apply)
