A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

No. 4, 5, 100 won shall be confiscated from the defendant, and 1,590 won shall be collected.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Experience] On November 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and ten months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Hongsung Support of the Daejeon District Court, on April 11, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Mapo Prison on April 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. Receipt and delivery of mert cancers;

(a) On April 2016, the Defendant was known to the nearest mal.m. in the early mal.m.

C It was requested to request the cropop (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) to seek a cropopon.

Defendant 1 received approximately 4.3 g of philophones, which was known in the front of “E” located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and received approximately 4.3g of philophones.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

B. The Defendant provided C with approximately three grams of philopon, which was delivered by F, as set forth in paragraph 1-A, in Sinwon-si G, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant sent approximately three grams of philopon as bus freight to “J” located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, as bus freight, and provided C with philopon by allowing the said C to receive the handlop.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

On June 2016, the Defendant sent approximately oneg of the philophonephones received from the above supply book F, as in the above supply book “1-A,” to the above C, at the mountain ginseng farm operated by the above C, which was around P.m. 3 p.m. around P.m. in the middle of 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

On July 18, 2016, upon receipt of a request from the above C to request writingphones, the Defendant: (a) contacted the above supply book F and immediately requested the delivery of five grams of writingphones L; and (b) requested the F to deliver five grams of writingphones immediately; (c) around July 18, 2016, around 16:30, the Defendant sent five gram of writingphones from H located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to a bus “N” located in the large exhibition area M; and (d) caused the said C to receive the handphones by means of having the said C receive it.
