1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),

A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) E shall also indicate the attached appraisal of the 1 Gyeonggi-gun I large 476 square meters.

The main lawsuit and counterclaim are also examined.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 23, 2005 on the instant land based on sale on May 21, 2005.

B. Defendant B, C, D, on April 2, 1992, completed the registration of ownership transfer each of 1/3 shares on the ground of inheritance by agreement and division dated December 9, 1990, with respect to the Gyeonggi-si J 246§³ located near the north of the instant land (hereinafter “Defendant-owned land”).

C. On March 3, 1997, Defendant E completed the registration for transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on February 26, 1997, 197, 165 square meters of L field, which is directly adjacent to the land of this case and the land of this case, 41.1 square meters of a single-story house and 1656 square meters of land adjacent to the area of this case.

On December 2, 2005, Defendant F completed the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the ground of donation made on December 2, 2005, with respect to the 893 square meters in Gyeonggi-do Man-gun (hereinafter “Defendant-owned Land 3”) and the 49.92 square meters in light of the ground level, which are linked to the instant land and north-do.

E. On August 10, 2002, Defendant G completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on August 21, 2000 with respect to the land of this case and the 410 square meters in Gyeonggi-si N, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “Defendant-owned land”) and the 278 square meters in O, which are directly adjacent to the east of this case, on August 10, 2002. Defendant G completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on September 24, 200, with respect to the 119.72 square meters in a single floor on the land of this case, P, and lub roof, respectively.

F. On September 15, 2006, Defendant H completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the housing units on the Gyeonggi-si Qing-gun Qing-512 square meters in the vicinity of the instant land and its ground bricks and mentor and bridges.
