【The Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for robbery, etc. at the Daegu High Court on December 29, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Prison on March 16, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On December 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) lent a cell phone from the victim E to temporarily use the cell phone; (b) opened the cell phone from the victim; (c) entered the victim’s cell phone number and the certification number sent to the said cell phone; (d) entered the victim’s cell phone number and the certification number sent to the said cell phone; and (e) settled the mobile cultural gift amount of KRW 2.50,000 after entering the victim’s cell phone number and the certification number sent to the said cell phone.

2. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s mobile phone number and certification number sent to the victim’s mobile phone; (b) entered the victim’s mobile phone number and certification number sent to the said mobile phone using the said mobile phone; and (c) settled mobile cultural gift certificates worth KRW 250,000,000.

3. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s mobile phone number and certification number sent to the victim’s mobile phone; (b) entered the victim’s mobile culture gift certificates in an amount equivalent to KRW 150,00,00 after entering the victim’s mobile phone number and certification number sent to the said mobile phone using the said mobile phone; and (c) entered the victim’s mobile phone number and certification number sent to the said mobile phone.

As a result, the defendant obtained a total of 650,00 won by inputting a false information or improper order into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
