1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. The reasoning for the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) from 3 to 12 acts as follows: (b) the 5th 3 to 12 acts as follows: (c) the 5th 3 to 12 acts as follows; and (d) the additional decision under paragraph (2) is the same as the ground for the judgment of the first instance; (b) thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

The 3,239 square meters of Gangwon-gun-gun-gun-gun was changed to 10,707 square meters of Gangwon-si-si Ma on September 30, 197 through the change of the name of the administrative district and the conversion of the area into 10,707 square meters. As to the instant land before the instant merger, namely, 10,707 square meters of forest land in Gangseo-si, the Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration and receipt of the registration of Gangnam branch branch court in Chuncheon District Court on February 29, 1996 and the registration of ownership preservation under Article 5987, and completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the registration and receipt of the Gangseo branch court in Chuncheon District Court on December 27, 2002 and the registration of ownership transfer based on the “sale as of December 24, 2002” under Article 48066 as of December 27, 2002, and the registration of ownership transfer based on the “sale as of December 24, 2002,” and the registration and receipt of the Gangnam branch court in Chuncheon District Court as of July 28, 2003 and as of April 2751, 203.
As seen earlier, an application for modification of the purport of the claim is indicated as the receipt number of the ownership transfer registration under the name of the defendant Yangsan Construction Co., Ltd.
