The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that of the lower court’s punishment (three years and six months of imprisonment) too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the fact that the sum of the judgment amount obtained by deception is higher than KRW 380,000,000, not up to the trial of the party, and that the nature of the crime was very poor when considering the contents of deception, and that the long-term flight life after the crime was committed, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the conclusion is groundless.
