1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff related to the parties is the owner of Sungsung-si E (hereinafter “instant land”). The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants seeking monetary payment of KRW 12.8 million for the delivery and overdue rent of the instant container with the Suwon District Court Decision 2017Da505830, May 23, 2017, and received a favorable judgment from the said court.
