1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 51,970,000 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from June 2, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

Provided, That the relationship between the Defendants among the causes of the claim shall be corrected not to be a husband or wife but to a partner according to the application for the correction of the Defendant’s indication on March 27, 2017.

2. Articles 208 (3) 3 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act against Defendant 1 of the applicable provisions of Acts; and
