Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On October 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Injury) at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on May 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganbuk-1 Prison on May 20, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 1, 2014, at around 01:15, the Defendant: (a) went to the victim E, a female employee of the main shop, at the “D” entertainment drinking club located in the first floor in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the reason that he was denied; (b) the victim’s right face was 2 times at the left hand; (c) the victim’s right face was sucked; and (d) the victim was sucked in a buckbuck, and then the victim was sprinked for approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. From around 01:20 on November 1, 2014 to 01:40, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim by force, such as: (a) the victim F, the main manager of the victim at the time of E, as described in paragraph (1), who was subject to the check from the victim F, who was the main manager of the victim at the time of E, and (b) having the victim take a bath to the victim, and let the customer, who was going on the knter, enter the place of the knter, get out of the main store; and (c) thereby obstructing the victim’s singing room business by force.

3. Around 02:10 on November 1, 2014, while being arrested and investigated in the act of committing a crime listed in paragraphs (1) and (2) at the Seoul Gwanak-gu Seoul Gwanak-gu Police Station and the office located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant insultd the victims by saying, “A victim slope G, victim background H, and victim slope I, a police officer belonging to the above police station, who is a police officer belonging to the above police station, and the civil petitioner E, are exposed to the victim slope G, victim background H, and victim slope I to the victim.”
