A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Gwangju District Court on August 11, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jung Eup prison on December 10, 2016.

On April 4, 2017, around 16:15, the Defendant driven a character B motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 4 km section from the front of the 106-dong-gu, Gwangju, Seoul, to the front road of the 24km-ro, Seo-gu, Gwangju.

C. The Defendant’s punishment was determined by taking account of various sentencing conditions prescribed in Article 51 of the Criminal Act, which are shown in the Defendant’s age, sex, environment, and other records of this case.
