1. The defendant,
A. The Plaintiff A’s KRW 274,364,771 and its related KRW 5% per annum from June 20, 2014 to December 11, 2014; and
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. On October 1, 201, D around 22:15, 201, D was negligent in driving an E-cab at the intersection in front of the Geum-gu Office located in the Geum-gu Office of Busan, and neglecting to turn to the left from the west to the east, and by negligent in violating the signal, D’s course on the left side of the said cab to the parallel from the west to the west on the left side of the said cab, while driving the e-si in front of the Geum-gu Office of Geum-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as “instant accident”). In addition to those stated below the scope of liability for damages, each corresponding item of the annexed Table of Calculation of Compensation Amount (for offset items, those items are not indicated in the calculation table) and the period for the convenience of calculation shall, in principle, be calculated on a monthly basis, but less than the last month and less than KRW 1.
