Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above punishment against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The crime history room (Defendant A, 2017 Highest 1420) defendant is the wife B, who is the victim C church.

The defendant was willing to receive money in the name of the source of registration from the victim C church by submitting forged registration fee payment receipts (students) by using supporting the full amount of the registration fees of universities and graduate schools to the children of the pastors in the victim C church.

The Defendant: (a) around August 24, 2008, at the office of the first floor of the C church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) the Defendant: (c) provided a receipt (student) of the payment of the enrollment fee in the second semester in February 2008, which was forged by an irregular means as if he was attending the F University graduate school in February 2008, even though E, his father’s father, was not attending the F University graduate school in the second semester in the second semester in 2008; (d) deceiving the secretary of the C church affairs by deceiving him of such circumstance; and (e) had G prepare a written claim and disbursement of the amount of KRW 3,954,50,00, which is accompanied by evidentiary documents; and (e) received on August 24, 2008, from H in receipt of the above G’s request, the amount of the enrollment fee in question was delivered.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the business secretary of the victim church, received KRW 3,954,50 as a registration fee from the victim C’s members association, and acquired KRW 20,596,50 in total five times from August 24, 2008 to February 14, 2010, as shown in the attached Table 1, from around August 24, 2008 to from February 14, 201, by obtaining the delivery of KRW 20,596,50 as a graduate school registration prohibition source.
