A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud and embezzlement of victims T;

A. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant would pay 180,000,000 won per day to the Victim T in Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, to the victim’s office, “V” under the name of “V” operated by the victim T, and the victim would pay 1.8,000,000 won per 1,00,000,000 won per day of the siren.
