The defendant is a person who drives a Category B passenger car.

On March 27, 2014, around 22:50, around 22:50, the vehicle was driven under the influence of alcohol 0.097 percent in blood alcohol concentration, starting from the front of the “Sacheon-gu Cheongcheon-dong,” and driving the said vehicle at a distance of about 2 kilometers from the front of the Cheongho-dong located in the same city.
