Defendants shall be punished by fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the chairperson of the D/C representative meeting of the D/C management body, the management director of the above management body, the defendant C is the representative of the above management body, the victim E is the representative of the D/C representative meeting of the management body, the victim E is the representative of the victim E, and the victim H is the person who operates the victim H in the name of "J" in subparagraph 1 of the D commercial building.

The Defendants conspired to prevent the victims from using the above apartment parking lot free of charge on the ground that the victims refused their request for the adjustment of parking fees for the commercial buildings.

At around 15:40 on July 8, 2017, Defendant B and Defendant C, according to the above public offering, told K to guide the parking of the “J” customers in the above D underground parking lot, and prevented K from parking guidance in a manner that helps K’s chest by hand, and continuously, at around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendants failed to use the above parking fee settlement program by having the head of the security team in name and the “J” to delete the fee settlement program for free parking for two hours at the above D’s business support center to the customers visiting the “J” and the “G”, thereby preventing the victims from using the above settlement program.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to obstruct the victims' operations by force.
