1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who uses the A(F) ID as a member of the Internet Rober E, which has up to 1,800 members.

On March 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:05, posted a statement that the victim H interfered with the victim’s voting on the hivers of seawater with his own mobile phone from Busan-gun, Busan-gun, thereby publicly insulting the victim by accessing the said Internet hives to one’s own ID, and posting a statement that “the gue, which was hanging on the hives of the hives, is H,” and “the gue, which was hanging on the hives of garbage, is H.”
