1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties and the inheritance relationship are as follows. E is a child between the plaintiff and D, and the defendant is a partner of D.

D The plaintiff and E were deceased on October 20, 1990.

E A deceased on October 1, 2012, and the only inheritor succeeded to E’s property.

B. E’s disposal process 1) After D’s death, E is the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, and 3 of Jan. 8, 1993 and the total area of 1,025 square meters before E-si (hereinafter “F land”).

(A) G 1,454 square meters (hereinafter “G land”)

on October 20, 1990, each of them completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by consultation and division. E shall complete the registration of ownership transfer on November 6, 1998 for multi-household housing 101 (hereinafter “H housing”).

On November 13, 2011 of the same year, E purchased real estate listed in Attachment List No. 4 from November 6, 2010 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 7, 201 of the same year. 2) E sold G land to I on October 28, 2009 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 20 of the same year, E sold F land at KRW 127.6 million to J on April 5, 201, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 20 of the same year.

3) On October 25, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on October 1, 2012 with respect to each real estate and H housing listed in the separate sheet on October 25, 2012. (4) The Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of inheritance on December 7, 2010 as to each real estate listed in paragraph (4) of the separate sheet on December 7, 2010, the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of purchase and sale reservation on December 6, 2010, the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of sale on November 26, 2012, the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of sale on December 27, 2012, and the registration of transfer of ownership by reason of sale on each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the separate sheet on July 1, 2013.

5 The Plaintiff sold H housing in KRW 40 million to K on January 14, 2013, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the 31st of the same month.
