A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of extreme C.

1. Fraud of the victim D and the victim D are elementary school faculty-type relationship.

On May 28, 2008, the Defendant told the victim to the effect that “I will pay a high interest rate of 20 million won as soon as possible if I want to lend the funds to the victim with a short interest rate of 20 million won.”

Before the end, 110,000,000 won was remitted in total over six times as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victim's property by fraud.

2. The defrauded and the Victim F with respect to the Victim F are those known to the university in the course of operating a extreme group.

On August 27, 2009, the Defendant stated to the effect that “The performance with South and North Korea is well achieved, and the money is insufficient.” The Defendant stated to the effect that “The payment of the money is only KRW 10 million with high interest.”

However, the defendant also borrows money from the victim as stated in paragraph (1).
