C In relation to the instant case, C was prosecuted on October 31, 2019 for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. and is currently pending trial.
(G) On August 16, 2019 to August 24, 2019, Defendant B and G were sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Regulation of Speculative Acts, etc. and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and the judgment on November 15, 2019 became final and conclusive, as it is, as they were, only a place located in F during the period from August 26, 2019 to September 16, 2019 in order to operate the same game room. Defendant A is a business owner in the name of the game room located in D during the said period. Defendant B and G were in charge of installation of game molds, electrical construction, and Gu slot transportation facilities inside the said game room. Defendant B and G were sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc., of Speculative Acts, etc., on November 17, 2019 in relation to this case.
(C) On October 31, 2019, H had been sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. on October 31, 2019, and appealed against the judgment of the court of first instance. On October 31, 2019, H served as a business owner in the name of the game site in the F, and served as a worker in the subway station using the same game site, and I served as a worker in the work of providing old slots to customers in return for money.
No one shall engage in speculative activities as a business by using speculative gaming machines.
