A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of D Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of manufacturing industrial machinery in Si interesting C.

On December 2, 2010, the Defendant: (a) attempted to sell a factory site at the cost of the construction of the factory site of the Silified MTV (hereinafter “Silified MTV”); and (b) attempted to sell the factory site in the future; (c) however, as the factory is closed and relocated from the area where the upper priority was overpopulated Suppression, it was determined that the Defendant could not be sold in the area where the upper priority was overpopulated Suppression was difficult; (d) by deceiving the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation in charge of the sale of the Silified MTV by submitting false documents as if D was located in the area where the upper priority was overpopulated control was over-sale; and (e) by deceiving the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation in charge of the sale of the Silified MTV in the area where the upper priority was over-sale control was over

Accordingly, the defendant prepared a false application for sale as if D's factory is located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, which was registered in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, about November 25, 2010, even though the factory of Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, is not located. On December 17, 2010, the defendant submitted a letter of notification of the destruction of existing factory, confirmation of the relocation of factory, etc. to the Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, about August 2013, 201.

On December 31, 2010, the Defendant, by deceiving a person in charge of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, sold 5,000 square meters of the site for a factory in the Silified MTV, the market price of which is 3,016,800,000 square meters from the Korea Water Resources Corporation around December 31, 2010, but did not receive the registration of ownership transfer due to the progress of the creation work until now, and obstructed the sale of the land for the Silified MTV Factory by fraudulent means by a person in charge of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation.
