All appeals are dismissed.

The costs of appeal by the plaintiff are assessed against the plaintiff and the defendant.

Since this case is a small amount case to which the Trial of Small Claims Act applies, an appeal may be filed with the Supreme Court only if there is a reason prescribed in Article 3 of the same Act.

However, the grounds of appeal asserted by the plaintiff and the defendant are not applicable to any case, and thus cannot be a legitimate ground of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal by the Plaintiff are assessed against the Defendant. The costs of appeal by the Defendant are assessed against the Defendant. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
