Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on October 27, 2006, and was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the same crime in the same court on March 9, 2009.

On August 23, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a B-learning car from the front side of the Yandong-dong in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si to the front road of the Yandong-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Gosan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content 0.193% of blood alcohol concentration.
