1. The Plaintiff:
A. As for the transmission construction of Defendant limited liability companies, KRW 492,866,453 and its related construction shall be from May 7, 2015 to January 18, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The party-related defendant limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Song Jong-gu Construction") constructed and sold three A Apartment-dong 228 households (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case") at Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, and the plaintiff is a self-governing organization composed of sectional owners pursuant to Article 43 of the former Housing Act (amended by Act No. 9602 of Apr. 1, 2009; hereinafter the same shall apply) and Article 50 of the former Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 21290 of Feb. 3, 2009; hereinafter the same shall apply). The defendant Jung-gu Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant's Housing Guarantee") is the guarantor of the warranty bond for defects arising from the apartment of this case.
B. As to the apartment of this case, Defendant Song Jong Construction newly constructed the apartment of this case and obtained approval for use on December 30, 2008.
C. In the new construction of the apartment of this case, defects such as rupture and water leakage occurred in the section for common use of the apartment of this case and the section for exclusive use of the apartment of this case, due to defective construction or alteration construction of the apartment of this case, and the section for exclusive use of the apartment of this case, such defects such as rupture and water leakage occurred.
