A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court for an attempted crime of extortion, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court on January 3, 2015.

1. On January 3, 1992, the Defendant: (a) a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Jung-gu District Court on January 3, 1992; (b) a fine of KRW 500,000 for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 1, 1994; (c) a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Jung-gu District Court on September 22, 199; and (d) a fine of KRW 1 million for the same crime at the same court on April 28, 2001;

(1) On January 10, 200, 200 won in the same court as of September 6, 2007; KRW 500,000 in the same crime; KRW 500,00 in the Seoul Northern District Court as of March 14, 2002; KRW 300,00 in the same court as of March 11, 200; KRW 500,00 in the Seoul Central District Court as of January 10, 2006; KRW 200,000 in the same court as of September 6, 2007; KRW 50,000 in the same court as of September 26, 2007; KRW 100,000 in the same crime as of September 23, 2008; and KRW 300,000 in the same court as of September 21, 200 in the same crime of assault and damage; and KRW 300,000 in the same court as of fine.

4. 27. A fine of two million won in the same court for the same offense, and the same year.

6. 18. A fine of one million won in the Seoul Eastern District Court for the same crime, and the same year.

8. 19. A fine of KRW 500,000 for the same offense in the Seoul Central District Court, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the same offense in the same court on October 21 of the same year.
