Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2017, around 08:55, the Defendant took a bath about the backbag from the victim C and 201 on April 23, 2017 to the back of the handbag from the victim D (at 20 years of age), and took the face from the back of the handbag to the victim, and baging the victim several times after taking the handbag to the victim, and baging the victim’s face into drinking.
