1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 77,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 6, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Claim for damages for delay by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal shall be recognized only from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint in this case ( December 5, 2018) to the day of full payment.
