Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an employer who operates the "C" as a shipbuilding machinery manufacturing company using one full-time worker in Busan Gangseo-gu.
The defendant shall work from June 6, 2007 to March 31, 2010 at the above workplace.
After withdrawal, the resignation on April 15, 2010 and the resignation on August 13, 2012 shall serve as an employee of production service until August 13, 2012
A retired worker D's wage of 1.8 million won in July 2012, and wage of 600,000 won in August of the same year and retirement allowance of 3,352,757 won in August of the same year, without any agreement on extension of the due date, has not been paid within 14 days from the date of retirement.
