If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court on August 18, 2006, and on March 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of one million won or more due to the same crime in the same court on March 11, 2009.

On May 22, 2017, the Defendant driven CC125 U.S. under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.152% from around 87 meters to the same Gu’s written culture from around 124 Do to the same Gu’s 48-1.
