When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:50 on January 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found in the police box located in the 81-ro of Taedo-gu, Busan in the state of drinking around 03:50; and (b) was subject to a notification disposition by the police officer at around 21:30 on January 16, 2019 by the police officer affiliated with the above police box; (c) spiting the above police box on the floor and on the fence of the police box; and (d) spiting the boom, “Is frith, frith, bit of a bitch,” and avoided disturbance for about 20 minutes.
