Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are legally married persons.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim in front of the “D cafeteria in Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) discovered the victim on the front of the “D cafeteria” which was located in Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (c) caused the victim’s “d gate” to avoid contact.

“The victim took the victim’s mobile phone deduction, and the victim took the victim’s mobile phone causing the Defendant to set up his mobile phone, and the victim, the Defendant and the above mobile phone were set up on the floor, thereby damaging the amount of the said mobile phone.

2. Defendant B

A. On July 23, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on July 23, 2017, at the dwelling space of the Defendant located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, brought a dispute over the issue of the victim A and money with the victim, thereby shouldering the victim’s bad finger.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as other descendants and damages to their reputation, which need to be treated for about two weeks.
