1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 17,327,279 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 19, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person employed by the Defendant from November 27, 2015 to October 31, 2016 and performed a bid for construction work. The Defendant is a company operating an engineering work business, building work business, etc.

B. The Plaintiff was paid 1% of the construction cost in the case of civil works and 0.5% of the construction cost in the case of construction works where a successful bid is made between C and C, which was the representative director of the Defendant.

C. Details and construction cost of construction awarded by the Plaintiff while working for the Defendant Company, and the amount claimed by the Plaintiff are as follows.

2. The plaintiff's assertion made an agreement between the two parties to receive 2% of the cost of performance-based work and construction works in addition to performance-based work costs. The defendant asserts that the defendant should pay the plaintiff the payment of performance-based and work-related expenses for six projects awarded a successful tender through the plaintiff, and the remainder of performance-based work cost of KRW 17,376,00 and the total of KRW 112,545,000 shall be paid for the same as performance-based work cost of KRW 17,376,00 and KRW 95,169,000.
