A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2009, the Defendant sentenced the Cheongju District Court to four years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on July 9, 2013.

1. Larceny;

B. In addition, 6,150 won in cash owned by the victim I, which had been inside the vehicle's seat, was stolen from the victim's property.

2. Attempted larceny;

A. At around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was parked on the road front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the victim J, and attempted to open a door by inserting the said steel depth in the gap of the windows of the driver’s seat of the said vehicle; (b) but (c) did not remove locking devices.

B. The Defendant committed an attempted act by opening a door in the above way and intending to steals goods inside, but did not remove locking devices, on the part of the victim L, parked in the time and place set forth in paragraph 2(a).

3. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall not obtain a driver's license on December 02:30 of 2014, from the 9th day before the end of the 29th road in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon around 04:0 on the same day.
