A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Seized evidence 1 to 13 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant established “D”, a stock company and real estate investment company in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 2016, and recruited investors using the connection of customers who came to know in the course of carrying out insurance design business, and received investment money from investors under the pretext of “to guarantee high profit by investing in stocks.”

1. The Defendant had the intent to forge a private document forgery and to forge a stock investment contract or to forge a certificate of balance of a securities account in the name of customers known to the investors in the course of engaging in insurance designer’s business in order to pretend that other investors are making an investment in high amounts.

A. On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant entered and printed out private documents as “A”, “A person making an investment”, “resident number F,” “Simsan Metropolitan City G in Ulsan Metropolitan City,” “Person receiving an investment (State)D, “Investment KRW 100,000,000,000,” and “E”, using a computer at the above D office, and then entered and printed out them in front of the name of “E”.

E’s seal has been affixed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged one chapter of the stock investment contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

Around that time, the Defendant, along with this, set forth 12 chapter of the share investment agreement in the same manner as in the table of attached crimes (1).

2) On July 13, 2016, the Defendant entered a certificate of balance of securities account in the foregoing D office in a computer in order to show that the investor is H, and then extracted the certificate of balance of securities account in that part, and then entered it in that part, “20,253 won”, “the amount of cash balance of 61,000, 137,720,000 won”, “total balance of securities balance of 61,000, 137,740,253 won”, “the total amount of balance of 1,137,740,253 won”, and “nick branch”, and printed it back to the point at which Hah Investment Securities U.S. (former) is U.D.
