The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court and the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In addition, there was no error of misapprehending the legal principles regarding the statutory principle of crime and the limitation of delegation legislation, or exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
