A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, together with C, is a person who jointly operates (E)E for the purpose of supplying aggregate in Yangsan CityD.

1. Around January 25, 2012, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase one Franchisa car at KRW 32,300,000 and to transfer ownership under the name of (E) E, and agreed to obtain a loan of KRW 31,00,000 from the victim JBour Capital (ju) to repay the said loan amount to KRW 735,163 per 48 months, and set up a mortgage on the said car in the name of the victim as the bond value.

On March 15, 2013, the Defendant received 660,000 won from a vehicle loan operator whose name cannot be known even though the Defendant failed to repay the principal amount of the above loan to the victim at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, to pay 22,772,797 won of the principal amount of the loan to the victim, and made it impossible for the victim to grasp the location of the said vehicle by delivering the said vehicle as collateral, and made it impossible for the victim to exercise the mortgage.

As such, the Defendant conspired with C to conceal a passenger car in the name of (E) E, which was the object of the victim’s mortgage, thereby hindering the victim’s exercise of mortgage.

2. On July 10, 2012, C, the purpose of which is the embezzlement (GGG LHG car-related car) supply business, etc., paid a lease fee of KRW 1,237,500 per month from July 12, 2012 to July 12, 2015, to the Plaintiff, at the Busan-dong Busan-dong Busan-dong Busan-dong Busan-dong Busan-dong-dong, in order to keep the said car in custody for the victim, by concluding a lease agreement with the Plaintiff, which provides that the said car shall be returned at the expiration of the period, lease, lease, or purchase.
