The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of E, a corporation that sells fertilizers, etc. in Nam-gun, Namsung-gun D.

1. The fraud Defendant is a natural organic fertilizer that is directly produced in E with respect to “I” and “J”, a fertilizer product that is sold to H by the head of the above headquarters of the company, at the office of “G” company located in the Y in the Macheon-si around April 2014.

A micro-organism produced by E is produced by adding it to I and J.

Since micro-organisms are imposed on water, it is not turfed with turfy, and it is a product that has been actually verified at golf courses.

As above, the Defendant deceiving the head of the headquarters of the “G” company with limited liability, and he received KRW 1,320,00 from the above H as the price of supply by receiving KRW 1,320,00 for the supply of goods from the J, and acquired it by deceiving the victims by the above method as stated in the list of crimes in the attached crime list, and acquired it by deceiving the victims by receiving KRW 67,604,90 in total.

2. A fertilizer business operator who violates the Fertilizer Control Act shall affix an indication of certification, such as the name of the fertilizer, the quantity of the guaranteed ingredient and the period of time for circulation, to the outside of the containers or packaging of the fertilizer, and shall not include a false indication of certification;
