A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:53 on February 21, 2019, committed assault against the victim B, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, committed an act of assaulting the victim’s left part of the Dospland 5th floor in Gwangju-si, and committed an act of assaulting the victim’s flasp with the victim’s flasp, “I am flasp, I am flasp, I am flap, I am flap, I am.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
