1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to the distribution of the Defendant Sambu Co., Ltd.: KRW 574,001,913 and KRW 298,006,180 among them:

2. A claim against the distribution of profits generated by the defendant corporation: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Claim against Defendant A, B, C, and D: Each judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Defendant A, B, C, and D received an adjudication on the granting of succession from the Daejeon Family Court’s response on January 12, 2015, respectively, and thus, sought a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim. However, on January 22, 2015, reflecting the result of the said judgment on the qualified acceptance, the Plaintiff did not dispute the amended purport of claim and the cause of claim based on the alteration of the Plaintiff’s claim and the grounds of claim).
