Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a 300-meter 2 SM5 car from the front of the airport school located in the Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front of the 143 university at the same university.

The sentencing of the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, environment, motive and circumstance of the crime, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, etc. shall be determined as ordered by taking into account various factors of sentencing as indicated in the present argument.

[Recognizing favorable circumstances] The Defendant’s mother was driving for hospital treatment, and the driving distance is relatively short, and there was no danger and injury to traffic at the time of driving, and the Defendant again continued to drive without a license in the future, and social ties relationship is clear (unfavorable circumstances). On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a punishment of 1.5 million won for a fine of 1.5 million won on May 2, 2017 during the grace period after being sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6-year imprisonment for driving without a license for driving on May 2, 2017.
