A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2018, the Defendant, in violation of the above occupational duties, committed an occupational breach of trust against the victim L in violation of the said occupational duties, in paying the food expenses equivalent to 151,000 won for personal purposes from “M” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, the Defendant arbitrarily used the credit card (credit card numberO) in the name of the victim from March 4, 2019 to March 4, 2019, the Defendant acquired the same amount of financial benefits and suffered property damage equivalent to the same amount by paying 149,870,680 won, such as purchase of merchandise coupons and purchase of Internet shopping mall goods, etc., on a total of 36 occasions as shown in attached Table 2.

3. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the above occupational duties, and KRW 5,000,000,000 is a personal purpose at the starting point of “I store” located in P in Silung-si P on October 8, 201.
