Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On 07:30 on 07.27. 205. 27. 07. 27. 201, the Defendant driven a drinking-water section of about 10 meters in the state of drinking at approximately 10 meters, which is marked with a license plate (nonnono) attached to the Defendant himself/herself on the front side of the road B of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
