On April 14, 2018, around 21:13, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.175% in blood alcohol level, from the street in front of the food service industry in the Donggdong-gu, Gwangju to the high-tech 76-ro 76 of the same Gu and the upper limit of the road in front of the same Gu.
