Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:00 on April 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) provided horse fighting to all children attending an elementary school, such as the victim D (year 32) in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and (b) provided an injury to the victim, such as salt pans, tensions, etc., in which approximately 2 weeks of treatment of the victim was required, by setting up against it, and taking advantage of the victim’s hand and shoulder by drinking.
