Punishment of the crime

[2015 order group 16] The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1,500,000 won on December 5, 2007 and a suspended sentence of 2 years on June 12, 2009 by imprisonment with labor on June 12, 2009. On April 9, 2010, the Jeonju District Court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for general automobile fire prevention, and the said suspended sentence was invalidated on August 17, 201.

1. On April 2, 2014, at around 14:33, the Defendant driven Cpoter cargo at a level of 0.250% alcohol concentration at the 15km section from the front day of soup soup to the front road of the domin apartment located in Hasan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant, who committed a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

On November 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 11:00, the Defendant damaged the ancillary property to the extent that the repair cost of KRW 300,000 is sufficient for the victim E (n, 58 years old); (b) the victim, who was at the front of the said restaurant, did not sell alcoholic beverages; and (c) the victim, who was a dangerous object at the front of the said restaurant (e.g., 90cm in total length) ran off the air conditioners for business in the said restaurant; and (d) the victim, on the ground that he did not sell alcoholic beverages.
