1. The defendant shall pay 65,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 14, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The basis for the request;
A. On November 3, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 80,000,000 to the Defendant as C’s account; KRW 30,000,000 on December 22, 2010 to D’s account; and KRW 80,000,000 on November 29, 201 to the Defendant’s account, respectively.
B. The Plaintiff received reimbursement of KRW 15,00,000,000, totaling KRW 10,000 on June 3, 2011, and KRW 5,000,00 on April 4, 2012 from the Defendant.

The Plaintiff seeks payment of the principal amount of the loan to the Defendant KRW 65,000,000 and delayed damages.
