Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, at the entrance of the funeral hall of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Hospital, the Defendant, at around 13:34 on June 3, 2013, on the ground that the victim E (the age of 48) who is an execution officer of the Seoul Western District Court, notified his status to enforce the judgment of the court, and was placed on the defective floor to enter into the facility one time, obstructed the execution officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning enforcement, and at the same time, sustained the victim’s injury with tearing the number of days of treatment.
