As a result, the Defendant purchased the Metea, which is a local mental medicine, by purchasing the Metea, not a narcotics handler.

B. At around 18:00 on March 25, 2018, the Defendant administered the Mept Amina medication in a 307 heading room located in Songpa-gu Seoul, F hotel, 307 heading room, which was administered by dilution with 0.05g of Mept 0.05g, purchased as above.

As a result, the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, administered the trophographer, which is a local mental medicine.
