All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the facts charged in accordance with the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations on the conviction of Defendants of charges, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence inconsistent with logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the establishment of fraud, etc.
Defendant
A asserts to the effect that the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal principles as to the relation of acceptance of crimes and the latter part of Article 37 and Article 39(1) of the Criminal Act, but this does not constitute a legitimate ground for appeal, as it is asserted only in the final appeal that Defendant A did not take the grounds for appeal or that the lower court did not take it subject to ex officio.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
